Screening Process:
You have one of two choices here. You can either use another reputable independent lady or your work information. You MUST include at least one method for my screening.

Reputable Provider Information:
You need to include her name, her e-mail address, her website url and her phone number. Please also include something about your meeting with her. Like when and where it was and something else to help refresh her memory about your meeting. Another idea if you have more than one lady for a reference, please include her too. Sometimes ladies are not able to get back to me and that slows the process down. Also if she is out of town or something you will have to wait til she gets back and some ladies dont give references. Another way to speed this up, is to contact her and tell her that you are using her for a reference and that way she knows it is alright to speak to me and verify you.

Work Information:
If you need to use work information. You need to include place of employment, the front desk main number(not a private line) and if you would like me to say something in particular. Normally I just say I'm the receptionist at the dentists office and verifying your appt. (something like that). I am very discrete.
 

Our Meeting:
please include the date, time, and length of appointment you are interested in, as well as any other information you would like to share. Also incase I am traveling tell me what town you are in, so I know where you are interested in meeting at.  Please remember that any graphic or inappropriate comments will cause your e-mail to  be deleted immediately!
